TECK90 3C 14 AWG 1000 V
Nominal calculation, not one manufacturer's datasheet. The conductors are NEC Chapter 9 Table 8; the RW90 walls, the bond, both jackets and the armour band are the values seven makers print or give through their diameters, because CSA C22.2 No. 131 was not read. Check the datasheet before you specify or order.
By NEC Table 8 and the catalogued walls, TECK90 3C 14 AWG 1000 V comes to an overall diameter of about 19.6 mm and a weight of about 340 kg/km.

TECK90 is the CSA C22.2 No. 131 armoured cable: RW90 XLPE conductors and a bare copper bond in an outer interstice, a binder tape, a PVC inner jacket, interlocked aluminium armour and a PVC outer jacket. Each layer's cross-section times its density; stranded conductors, laid-up cores and helical wires count 2 % longer than the cable. Densities: copper 8.89 and aluminium 2.703 g/cm³ (the values of IEC 60028 and IEC 60889); XLPE 0.92, PE 0.94, PVC 1.45, semicon 1.12, steel 7.85 g/cm³ (usual compound values).
Laying, sizes and datasheet: TECK90 3C 14 AWG 1000 V
TECK90 3C 14 AWG 1000 V belongs to the family North American cables: the lowest laying temperature, bending radius, pulling, depth, drum handling and the test after laying, every rule with its sources. Laying and handling guide: North American cables
Its sizes are in AWG and kcmil, which are not the same as the nearest mm²: compare them by area and by resistance. AWG to mm²
