HFCCOSB
HFCCOSB is a KS / KEPCO type names (Korea) cable designation: HF = HF: halogen free; C = C: control cable (first letter of the control cable names CVV, CCV, CCE, HFCCO); C = C: cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation; O = O: low-toxic flame-retardant polyolefin sheath; SB = SB: copper wire braid shield over the laid-up cores; HFCCOSB = HFCCOSB: HFCCO with a copper wire braid shield. 0.6/1 kV (Taihan p.41). KS C IEC 60502-1.

Fire behaviour (EU CPR)
Halogen-free compound (HF). Under the CPR this shows in the additional classes: acidity a1 to a3 (EN 60754-2) and smoke s1 to s3 (EN 50399; s1a and s1b add the 3 m cube test EN 61034-2). The main class, Aca to Fca, depends on the whole construction.
Typically targeted, as declared by makers for this kind of construction in the examples this site checked (not the class of this cable):

Flame retardant (O). The single-cable test behind class Eca is EN 60332-1-2 (the flame stops within 425 mm). Bunched cables are tested by IEC 60332-3-24 category C (1.5 l/m, 20 min, char at most 2.5 m), which is not a CPR class test; the CPR ladder test for B1ca to Dca is EN 50399.
A CPR class is declared by the maker in its Declaration of Performance and printed on the sheath (EN 50575 cl 7). This decoder does not assign one. What the CPR classes mean →
