Gebundelde kabels worden beproefd volgens IEC 60332-3-24 categorie C (1,5 l/m, 20 min, verkoling hoogstens 2,5 m); dat is geen proef voor een CPR-klasse, de CPR-laderproef voor B1ca tot Dca is EN 50399.
