URD 4/0 AWG AL 15 kV 133 % TR-XLPE full neutral
Nominal calculation, not one manufacturer's datasheet. The conductor is compact aluminium as Southwire prints it; the walls are the ICEA nominals as Okonite and Southwire reproduce them, the neutral's wires are Prysmian's, and the insulation screen and the jacket are fitted to four makers' diameters, because UL 1072 and ICEA S-94-649 were not read. Check the datasheet before you specify or order.
By NEC Table 8 and the catalogued walls, URD 4/0 AWG AL 15 kV 133 % TR-XLPE full neutral comes to an overall diameter of about 33.1 mm and a weight of about 1,440 kg/km.

URD is the underground distribution cable with a concentric neutral (UL 1072, ICEA S-94-649), here in aluminium: an extruded strand screen, TR-XLPE insulation at the wall of its class and level (100 or 133 %), an extruded insulation screen, a concentric neutral of bare copper wires helically applied (full, or one third of the conductor's conductance) and an encapsulating black polyethylene jacket, with no copper tape. Checked against Southwire, Prysmian, Okonite and LS Cable: research/designer-americas/mv105.md in the site repository.

Each layer's cross-section times its density; stranded conductors, laid-up cores and helical wires count 2 % longer than the cable. Densities: copper 8.89 and aluminium 2.703 g/cm³ (the values of IEC 60028 and IEC 60889); XLPE 0.92, PE 0.94, PVC 1.45, semicon 1.12, steel 7.85 g/cm³ (usual compound values).
