MC 1/3 600 V
Nominal calculation, not one manufacturer's datasheet. The conductors are NEC Chapter 9 Table 8; the THHN walls, the ground and the jacket are the values the makers print, and the armour band is derived from five makers' diameters, because UL 1569 was not read. Cables of the same name differ by up to 15 % over the armour: check the datasheet before you specify or order.
By NEC Table 8 and the catalogued walls, MC 1/3 600 V comes to an overall diameter of about 30.9 mm and a weight of about 1,670 kg/km.

Type MC is the UL 1569 metal-clad cable of NEC Article 330: THHN / THWN-2 conductors and a ground (green THHN to 1 AWG, bare copper from 1/0) cabled together under an assembly tape, in interlocked aluminium armour. Checked against Southwire, Atkore AFC, Encore, Cerrowire and Service Wire: research/designer-americas/mc-teck.md in the site repository.

Densities: copper 8.89 and aluminium 2.703 g/cm³ (the values of IEC 60028 and IEC 60889); XLPE 0.92, PE 0.94, PVC 1.45, semicon 1.12, steel 7.85 g/cm³ (usual compound values).
